The only drawback to this recipe is that it should not be part of your weekly meal prep due to the high water content of the mushrooms. If you wish to prepare them ahead of time, take a few minutes to cook them on each side, and then freeze them. All you have to do now is take them out of the freezer and lay them directly on the grill.

Ingredients
● 2 cups Portabella Mushrooms Chopped
● 2 cups Black Beans Cooked
● 4 Spring Onions Chopped

● Pinch of Salt
● 2 tsp Garlic Minced
● 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
● 5/8 cup of Bread Crumbs or Almond Flour

1. To begin, remove the portabella mushrooms' gills and discard them. Cut the mushrooms into smaller slices and sauté them for a few minutes in a frying pan, or until the liquid they exude is virtually gone.
2. Blend the black beans in a large food processor until they are nearly mashed. Then add mushrooms, cauliflower, spring onions, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, smoky paprika, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. Mix everything in a blender.
3. Before adding the flax meal to the mushroom combination, soak it for 1-2 minutes in water. Mix in the breadcrumbs and combine everything.
4. To examine the texture, take about half a cup of the mushroom mixture and make a burger patty out of it. If it feels crumbly or like it's going to come apart, toss in a few extra breadcrumbs.
