This veggie burger may be the tastiest you've ever had. It's beefy, cheesy, and quite appetizing. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to describing how delicious these vegan burger patties are. They've instantly become a must-have at all of the backyard barbecues.

The only drawback to this recipe is that it should not be part of your weekly meal prep due to the high water content of the mushrooms. If you wish to prepare them ahead of time, take a few minutes to cook them on each side, and then freeze them. All you have to do now is take them out of the freezer and lay them directly on the grill.

Vegan Barbeque

● 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika

● 5/8 cup of Bread Crumbs or Almond Flour

3. Before adding the flax meal to the mushroom combination, soak it for 1-2 minutes in water. Mix in the breadcrumbs and combine everything.

4. To examine the texture, take about half a cup of the mushroom mixture and make a burger patty out of it. If it feels crumbly or like it's going to come apart, toss in a few extra breadcrumbs.
